Whether a member chooses to serve as a chapter officer, or represent AOII as a member of other campus or community organizations, there are numerous opportunities to develop leadership skills as a member of AOII.

Commitment to
Scholarship

AOII encourages all members to excel academically and has many programs designed to assist women in achieving their academic goals. Expectations are high but the support provided by scholarship programs, academic development officer resources, and fellow members makes success attainable.

Letter from the President

On behalf of my sisters and I, thank you for visiting our website to get a look at what Phi Delta Chapter at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is all about.
Alpha Omicron Pi was founded 121 years ago on the values of Character, Dignity, Scholarship, and College Loyalty. The women of Phi Delta chapter exemplify these values on UWM’s campus through philanthropy, academics, involvement, leadership, and more. Through these values we are able to “Inspire Ambition” in our community and on our campus. Through service, dedication, and love, we continue to live out Alpha Omicron Pi’s values and ritual.
The motto of Phi Delta is “Friendship, Dignity.” This motto reminds us that our bond is for a lifetime. Through thick and thin, we are united. Sisterhood and love is what truly makes our chapter strong. Every member of chapter brings something unique to Phi Delta, and together we empower each other, support each other, and thrive.
It is an honor to be the current Chapter President for Phi Delta. It is with the love and encouragement of my sisters that I am lucky enough to serve in this role. My sisters have inspired confidence in me and have taught me what qualities are needed to be an outstanding leader. Joining Alpha Omicron Pi is a life changing experience that enriches the lives of those who get to experience our sisterhood.
Knowing our chapter can only achieve greatness, I am excited and hopeful that my sisters and I will continue to Inspire Ambition within and around our UW-Milwaukee community.

Roses,

Lucy Sackerson, Chapter President
